Richard Ali-Martin has spent more than three decades helping organizations solve complex operational challenges through technology, process improvement, and leadership.
After a 21-year career in the U.S. Navy's nuclear power program—where he operated, maintained, and taught others to run some of the world's most demanding systems—he joined NextEra Energy and became a leader in enterprise technology transformation. Over the past 15+ years, he has led large-scale operational and technology initiatives, built foundational data platforms, managed cross-functional teams and budgets, and helped business leaders turn ideas into measurable results.
Today, Richard works at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and AI. He has pioneered AI-augmented development workflows, built custom AI agents, and led the adoption of emerging technologies while remaining focused on what matters most: solving real business problems. His ability to translate between executives, operations teams, and technical experts allows organizations to move faster, reduce complexity, and implement solutions people actually use.

Celine Ali-Martin brings 16 years of cross-functional business leadership experience at NextEra Energy, one of the nation's largest energy companies. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives spanning operations, regulatory compliance, human resources, change management, renewable energy development, and large-scale business programs across multiple states.
Her experience gives her a unique perspective that many AI consultants lack: she understands how businesses actually operate. Before recommending technology, she focuses on understanding people, processes, workflows, and the challenges that slow growth, reduce efficiency, and impact profitability.
